i came across this vid everything is built from scratch

test fire of homemade pellet stove. no control board no safety switches yet. I'm working on it. feeder approximately 3 rpm 50% duty cycle (4 sec on 4 sec of) & approximately 2 lb/h of pellet consumption (16000 btu). on 100% duty cycle will be 32000 btu.

Pellet Stove - Homemade part 3 of 4. Already in the house (780 sq.f) Inside temp +-75F when outside -6F it takes 1 bag of pellets in 17 hours (4s on 5s off). Usually 1 bag will last for 24 hours with outside temp 15F to 25F. Dimensions of stove 24" tall 18.5" wide 9" deep. hopper hold 1 1/2 bags of pellets ( 60 Lb. )
