This is a coal forum I visited for a short time, with lots of great information available. Here is another chart for different fuel types and comparison calculator for home heating.

thats interesting however things have changed

theres now delivery charges here in the uk these have gone up and also enviromental costs to also add on

In a lost post,Trying2Hard commented on Propane and price increase do to some Natural Gas explosion in Canada.

Late last fall before any talk of a propane shortage,our local Propane was $1.22 a gal. I checked the price this last week and it has jumped to $4.85 a gal. with a 200gal minimum fill. :affraid: 

We have been having a colder than normal winter so far, I cant imagine those who are dependent on Propane for heat,who live on a fixed income.

I agree with you 100% on this, My State with all the current revenue generated by the oil boom activity, Majorly fails in recognizing those on fixed incomes who were living here first!I have yet to see these people compensated for all the outrageous price increases of basic living expenses.   

Economical stimulus and growth are the words used in masking Greed!  :x  I am not trying to stir or sugar coat anything, I get to see these negative results taking place in my own back yard.
