Just a bit of info... so far to date the tractor has just over 5 hrs of run time and is using about 13LBS iof wood chips per hour. most of this has been idling and a little bit of dragging our yard with a piece of I beam on a chain,,, filled in some pot holes.

The best was my friend G testing the tractors govenor.

Oh it does seem to work under load pretty good. Yesterday my buddy G managed to lug the engine down to the point he stalled it out in the sand (too high of gear) he did get is started on his own, and brought it back up to the shop... he couldn't understand why it was acting like a dog and not pulling as hard as he thought it should... he hadn't realized he had engaged the parking brake and drove it that way.. so it will pull... lol... didn't break the tractor so it's all good.

Customer is coming to get his tractor tomorrow so today is the last day I get to play with this one.

Here's a video of a standard start up.

Is the engine in this a gas or diesel?

it's a gas tractor. Diesel is somewhat harder to convert.

Customer picked up his tractor... while it's sad to see it go.. more so for my son as he has grown kinda attached to it.. it's nice that it's out of the shop...

Hmmm what's next on our plate
