| I found an old fireproof safe at a garage sale. It is 19 inches high, 13 inches wide and 13 inches deep. It has some sort of white insulation in it and is solid and heavy. I paid 20 bucks for it and it came with a key and paddlock as dial mechanism or latch must be broke. Guess I didn't give much thought to what I was going to do with it but thought it would be good for oven or burn chamber..maybe not..I don't where jewelry and I haven't got enough money to put in it..but I have it..lol. Any suggestions...it looks like it will be air tight with an added gasket. | |

| BEWARE!!! white fireproof insulation sounds like asbestos, do not breathe the dust ,wear a dust mask!!! if any is flaking or powdery, soak it all in water, remove it, double bag it in polythene bags and take it to your local chemical disposal site! Phil UK | |
