Very nice idea to make more complex models for the simulation of a real fireplace and a room. Seems to be a simple concept (using models) to test stoves and heating systems in general, but I have never seen no one doing it up until now!

Beside that, this element14 channel, is very nice...

this model uses downdraft of air by the fan therefore making the air hotter upon release at the bottom

from the uks point of view its ineficent as you spend more time getting wood to keep it warm over a period of time also the heat loss up the chimney you would also need to have a cold inflow of air into the house therefore the room would be colder unless near the fire

never mind the soot of bygone days
