Hi guys
I am a 49yo Male from downunder Sydney, Australia.

I love my luxury toys and gadgets, but I also understand the importance of being self sufficient.
My nostalgia is with the past, the artisan way of life and what can be achieved with what many would consider rudimentary or archaic technology.

My focus is on conservation, renewable or reusable resources, efficiency and most importantly being eco friendly.
I am competent in many aspects of today information technology, electromechanics and engineering.

cheers.
Ned

Ned I am right there with you on the idea of nostalgia from the past and the artisan way of life.
I am a self taught watchmaker and have been restoring miniature mechanical marvels now including a self taught dial restoration now for over ten years.
Had to take several years of a break and soon to be back at it with a passion.

As well have a 1907 Lodge and Shipley lathe that will be doing my best to restore it to its glory days.
We will see on that one:>)
Welcome man.
Cheers
