Some of the members are having problems viewing the forum due to the text and background colours.
It seems this is a browser issue with Microsoft Internet explorer.
Mozilla firefox, Chrome browsers etc are fine and the site appears in its darker background colours. Thanks to Caotropheus for figuring it out.
