I know it don't look like much but finally the gasifier body is starting to come together... condensate gutter is welded in. This will be more compact than our preproduction unit... It will have the same size hopper capacity, more advanced air preheat and our fully adjustable no shake grate... can't wait to get it finished and mounted on that tractor

Up to this point It is still pretty much a Victoria (Stephen Abaddess original design), and this is where his and mine diverge. Sadly, I can't show everything that we do differently.

this 39" tall bad boy don't look like much but it has all the high tech, low tech goodness I can throw at it...
Just need to make a bottom flange, install the grate, finish the lid, do the final outside welding and i can put some fire in it... hopefully this weekend...

as i would have liked to see you build each part of the build its a shame that it couldnt have been done so however on asking could you point to another which would imply further building for others
as i admit a genuine interest here to build one up for myself mainly to run a generator for welding purposes as saves my neck been chewed

Posted with my friend Stephen's blessing... this unit will run up to about 13 HP... but with the size of the hopper in the picture not for all that long. It can use either soft or hard wood chips.
Our unit is based on this geometry...

its a condensate tank... it will hang below the gasser mount on the tractor... gives a place for liquides to go to. the cooler is upside down in the pic
