Hello everyone,Just been doing a lot of U-Tube viewing and watching what has been built. Some pretty impressive rockets out there.Been heating my house and shop with an outside wood boiler. Hope to learn how to make up a pellet rocket burner. Getting older and the 4 ft wood logs are getting heavier every yr.

its much easier with the rocket stove and as gary from canada has found it can produce loads of heat for his place

got from 4 cords of wood right down to 1 and a quarter cord of wood and i think hes using 2 foots of wood or less within his stove build

:>) I am with you on less work and more heat.
I now am looking into compost heating system with great interests that will produce hot water and heat for five to six months out of year if built right.
Just makes sense to me to work a week or two building the system and enjoying the fruits of the labor for five to six months out of the year and not have to rely upon standard heating fuels such as logs and wood pellets.

I am leaning more towards bio mass heating systems in the future once things settle down for us.
Welcome to the forum, you will find a great deal of helpful experiences members here.

in 1999 I designed a torroidal combustion pattern in my annular combustion chamber for my Turbine powered Model helicopter . I am playing around with how to achieve this efficient form of combustion in a wood burning stove ..
