PostSubject: fitting chimney tubing to metal box section   fitting chimney tubing to metal box section EmptyTue Apr 14, 2015 8:52 am

ive had some fun with this couldnt decide how to do it

I found this site about fitting it to box section roofing

http://www.diybackyardworkshop.com/2012/01/cutting-a-chimney-hole-in-my-pristine-metal-roof/

ive done the same today as got the first chance to do it fitted the insert sealed it up with normal silicone and fastened with 2 straps at top of each rake top and bottom a nice tight fit around the outer tube

im using the anti downdraft method and everything is homemade i will post pics later
